• Business name and current business stage
• Website or Instagram, when provided
• Audit answers and calculated results
• 90-day business goal, current obstacle, and seven-day action
• Consultation responses, including reason for applying and weekly commitment
• Partnership and project information, desired timeline, and budget range when voluntarily provided
• Referral and UTM information included in the website URL

Submitted information may be used to:

• Provide Business Clarity Audit results on the website
• Review consultation applications
• Review partnership inquiries
• Respond to direct communications
• Operate, secure, and improve the website
• Maintain legitimate business records

Form submissions are stored on managed cloud database infrastructure, operated under standard access controls.

At this time:

• The website is not currently configured to send automated audit results.
• The website is not currently configured to send automatic consultation emails.
• The website is not currently configured to send automatic partnership emails.
• The website is not currently configured for marketing email sequences.

These practices may change in the future.

Submitted information is not sold. Service providers that support website hosting, storage, security, and operation may process information only as needed to provide those services.

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to review submissions, respond to inquiries, maintain business records, protect the website, and meet applicable legal obligations.

The business coaching and partnership forms are intended for adults and business representatives, not children under 13. Youth-athlete information is not collected through these forms.
